PHASE I

- Basic Proforma
Business Plan
Both the Feasibility Study and Business Plan are lender compliant which means when loan monies are needed to establish the Physical Therapy (“PT”) division of your practice these documents will be compliant with lender regulations in order to obtain such loan monies.

PHASE II
Structural Development
Phase II will include the following items:
- Establishment of PT Clinic structure
- PT Equipment List & Procurement
- Sources Physical Environment Layout for maximum production & efficiency
- Post Orientation Check Sheet for proper operations & personnel management
- Establishment of Corporate Organizational Chart
- Hiring Package Program – aid in hiring best Physical Therapist for your practice (pay, benefits, bonuses)
Depending on the office, this phase may require an In-Office-Visit ("IOV") to complete the proper setup. IOV's do require an extra charge above and beyond the quoted price for this Phase.

PHASE III
Establishment of Operational Systems
Phase III will include the following items: PT staff is now on board and PT clinic is about ready to open for business
- Establishment of Management/Operations -Accounting of Patient Flow
- Appropriate Documentation to meet compliance standards for billing/coding
- Marketing Plan
- In Office Visit (IOV) – our PT Management Specialist will come to your office for 3 days to train your staff, finalize establishment of operational systems and delivery of services
Phase III does require an IOV to complete the proper setup. As such, the IOV for Phase III is included in the price in order to complete the Phase.
