However, here is some basic information on our most common contracts:

C E Medical Group acts as both business managers and consultants for the practice. As part of us being the management group, there are 100+ responsibilities we take on as part of the contract to maximize your success and growth.

Cost of Management Group Contract is based on a percentage of collections in most cases, and includes all physicians/practitioners/chiropractors and other medical professionals that may be tied to the practice. It also includes all locations associated, including future locations. By executing a management contract with CEMG, one of the many benefits is that you would save $60,000-$100,000 in employment costs in most situations.

Terms of contract: It is negotiable, but it typically is 4 years, auto-renewing another 2 years should the Management Group meet or exceed growth expectations of a pre-determined revenue amount.

If you also wanted us to do the 3rd party billing, then CEMG Medical Billing would do it at a reduced rate due to the management group contract.

The total management group contract includes the following key areas (even though the full list is over a 100 responsibilities):

• Business Management
• Consulting
• Marketing
• Practice expansion or establishment (including new locations) - a fee that is normally $60-80,000 per location, but in this case is included as part of the contract.
• 3rd Party Billing (35 years of Billing experience)
• Accounts Receivable Management (35 years experience)
